Azerbaijan's Pardon Issues Commission held its another meeting on Feb. 8, Anews.az reports.
 
Over one hundred appeals were considered at the meeting of the Commission, majority of them were approved.
 
The Commission, after completing its meetings, will submit to President Ilham Aliyev the list of those who will be pardoned.  
 
The Azerbaijani president is expected to sign another pardon order on Novruz Holiday.
