Azerbaijan’s state oil fund (Sofaz) expects its assets to decline by 1.5 billion manat next year.
Sofaz projects revenue of 6.71 billion manat and spending of 8.26 billion manat in 2016, the fund said on Wednesday.
Sofaz had $34.7 billion of assets as of October 1.
