There are 620,000 people with disabilities in Azerbaijan, Hadi Rajabli, MP, chairman of the parliament’s Labor and Social Policy Committee said at a round table in the parliament on Wednesday, APA reports.
 
There are 270,000 children among them, Rajabli said, noting that problems in family institution are the main cause of an increase in the number of children with disabilities.
