According tothe information, seven passengers in stable condition will be brought to Baku on a regular flight. Five other passengers, whose conditions are considered moderately serious, will be transported to Baku by a special plane of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, accompanied by a dedicated medical team.
Of the 67 people on board the plane, 42 were Azerbaijani citizens, 16 were Russian, 6 were Kazakh, and 3 were Kyrgyz. Tragically, 38 people lost their lives, while 29 survived.
Following the crash, President Ilham Aliyev ordered the formation of a State Commission, led by Prime Minister Ali Asadov, to investigate the causes of the incident.
An Azerbaijani delegation, including the Minister of Digital Development and Transport, the Minister of Emergency Situations, the Deputy Prosecutor General, and other officials, is currently in Aktau to conduct an on-site investigation.
