Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, will be mostly dry on March 18, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Rain is expected in some areas.
Temperatures will range between 3 C - 5 C at night and 8 C - 12 C and in the daytime.
Northwest winds will blow.
