Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, will be mostly dry and clowdy on April 22, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
Temperatures will range between 5 C - 8 C at night and 12 C - 16 C and in the daytime.
Strong northwest winds will blow.
