Azerbaijan’s capital Baku will be rainy and windy on Nov. 18, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
Temperatures will range between 7C and 9C at night and 9C and 12C during the daytime.
Northwest winds will blow.
