The weather is expected to be changeable cloudy, and mainly rainless in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on September 28, reported from the National Hydrometeorological Service of Azerbaijan.

There will be fog in some places during the night and morning hours. The moderate southeast wind will blow.

The temperature on the Absheron peninsula will be +16–+19C at night and +25–+28 in the daytime. In Baku, the temperature will be +16–+17 C at night and +25–+27 C during the day. The atmospheric pressure will be 760 mm Hg. Relative humidity will be 45-50%.

On September 28, rainless weather is expected in the districts. Fog is foreseen during the night and morning hours. The mild east wind will blow.

The temperature will be +12-+16C at night and +25-+30C in the daytime.

In the highlands, it will be +3-+8 C at night and +12-+17C in the daytime.
