The weather conditions in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula are expected to be changeable cloudy, occasionally gloomy, and mainly rainless on November 30, reported from the National Hydrometeorological Service of Azerbaijan.

The moderate southwest wind will be followed by the northwest wind in the evening. 

The temperature will be 6–11 °C at night and 13–17 °C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be 759 mm Hg. Relative humidity will be 40–50%.

The weather in Azerbaijan’s districts is expected to be mainly rainless. There will be fog in some areas at night and in the morning. The west wind will intensify in some areas.

The temperature will vary from 0 to 5 °C at night and from 11 to 16 °C during the day. In the highlands, it will be -5 to -10 °C at night and -2 to 3 °C during the day.
