On February 15, the weather will occasionally be rainy in the districts of Azerbaijan. Mild west winds will blow.

The temperature will be +4–+9 C at night, and +11–+16 C in the daytime.

In the highlands, it will be 0–+5 C at night, and +5–+10 C in the daytime.
