The weather is expected to be partially cloudy, sometimes overcast, but primarily rainless in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on February 20, reported from the National Hydrometeorological Service of Azerbaijan.

The southeast winds will be followed by moderate northwest winds in the evening. 

The temperature will be +1–+3 C at night and +4–+7 C in the daytime. Atmospheric pressure will reach 770 mm Hg. Relative humidity will be 65–75%.

On February 20, the weather will mainly be without precipitation in the districts of Azerbaijan. However, rain and snow are expected in some mountainous and foothill districts. East winds will blow. 

The temperature will be +0–+5 C at night, and +6–+11 C in the daytime.

In the highlands, it will be -10–-5 C at night, and -5–0 C in the daytime.
