Charge d’Affaires of Estonia in Russia, Jana Vanamelder, has been summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and told about the expulsion of one employee of the Estonian embassy as a retaliatory measure,  reported from TASS.

"Based on the principle of reciprocity, it was stated that a diplomatic employee of the Estonian Embassy in Moscow is being expelled from Russia. The Estonian side has been informed that its hostile activities will always receive a proper response,” the ministry said.

In addition, a strong protest was expressed to her in connection with the declaration on March 19 of a diplomat of the Russian Embassy in Tallinn as persona non grata without any grounds.
