Partially cloudy, sometimes overcast, but mainly rainless weather is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on November 16, reported from the National Hydrometeorological Service of Azerbaijan.

The temperature will be +9 - +11 C at night and +14 - +18 C in the daytime. Atmospheric pressure will reach 758 mm Hg. Relative humidity will be 70-80%.

On November 16, mostly dry weather is expected in other districts of Azerbaijan. Showers are possible in some northern and western districts in the evening. West winds will blow.

The temperature will be +3 - +8 C at night, +13 - +18 C in the daytime.

In the highlands, it will be -4 - 0 C at night and +5 - +10 in the daytime.
