"The Russian servicemen shelled the residential areas of the settlements of the region. The city of Kherson was shelled with particular cruelty. Due to Russian aggression, 23 people were killed, 46 (including two children) were injured,” he said.

According to the head of the region, 82 shells hit the Station Square, the territory and facilities of the railway station, a gas station, two retail establishments, a factory, railroad crossing area.
