Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan will not participate in the meeting of the Secretaries of the Security Councils of the CIS member states in Russia, the Spokesperson of the Armenian Security Council Tatevik Petrosyan said,  reported from Armenian media.

Earlier, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan did not take part in the CIS summit in Bishkek.
