Armenia names new defense minister

President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing Vigen Sargsyan as Defense Minister of Armenia, press service of the Presidential administration informed Armenpress.

According to another presindential decree, Vigen Sargsyan was dismissed from the post of Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration
