Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan today delivered a lecture during the operational gathering of the leadership of the country's armed forces, Sputnik-Armenia reports citing the press-service of the Armenian Defence Ministry.

The minister presented to the senior officers the approaches and principle position of Armenia on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. He spoke about the signals and factors that may influence the process of solving the problem.
