Armenian investigation committee has instituted a criminal case on the death of soldier Ashot Hovanissian.
The information was disseminated by news.am.
According to the news service for the committee, contract serviceman, 25-year-old Ashot Hovanissian got a fatal wound as a result of the violation of the rules of serving as he was on a combat post of No militaty unit at around 23.40 on August 18.
