Armenianwebsites have published pictures of a car that was blown up in a landmineexplosion in Azerbaijan’s occupied Kalbacar District on July 22.

Threepeople, including Ruben Khlgatyan, the mayor of the Armenian town of Armavir,were injured in the explosion of the car, a Toyota Prado.

Thedriver died on the spot and the injured were flown by a helicopter to a hospitalin the Armenian capital, Yerevan.

Armeniantroops have mined roads in the occupied Azerbaijani districts to prevent “infiltrationby Azeri reconnaissance and sabotage groups.”

Tworesidents of Kalbacar secretly visiting their home town were detained byArmenians this month.

A thirdone was killed by Armenians.
