Armenia has brutally exploited deposits of gold and other precious metal in Zangilan and other regions, President Ilham Aliyev said while receiving Vahid Hajiyev in a video format in connection with his appointment as a Special Representative of the President to Zangilan district, which is part of the East Zangazur economic region.
According to the head of state, Armenia has savagely exploited the Vejnali gold deposit in Zangilan, turning it into an ecological disaster zone and smuggling gold abroad.
President Aliyev vowed to expose Armenians before the world community and make them pay compensation.
