Chairman of the Democratic Reforms Party Asim Mollazade left for Paris to attend a conference on the theme "The right to free choice: the challenges in the application of the electoral law and the implementation of Council of Europe standards."
The conference, which will be held in the organization of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), the participants will discuss election campaigns and the use of administrative resources, inaccuracies in the electoral lists and difficulties in the vote of citizens living abroad, the activities of the electoral commissions.
