Discussions at the meeting focused on Azerbaijani-Israeli ties, the future cooperation between the two countries, the socio-political and military situation in the region, as well as ways of solving the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh. Asim Mollazade provided the guests with detailed information on the activities of the Democratic Reforms Party of Azerbaijan. 

The Israeli delegation was headed by the deputy director of the Eurasian department at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Israel Zvi Rav-Ner. It also included the political officer of the department, Itay Tagner, Israeli ambassador to Azerbaijan Rafael Harpaz and other members of the embassy staff.
