Asim Mollazade, chairman of the Democratic Reforms Party, has left for Istanbul to join the third Caspian Forum, the party’s press service said.The forum will be attended by presidents and prime ministers, businesspeople, politicians, academics and media representatives from the region.Issues on the agenda include the development of the capital market in the Caspian region, the restoration of the Great Silk Road and the Southern Gas Corridor.
