Delay in flights to Nakhchivan is caused by technical failure of Boeing aircraft which operated flights to Nakhchivan from Baku.
News.Az reports that the statement came from spokesman for AZAL Pasha Kesamanski.
He said the delays are due to the technical failure of the aircraft which has been under repair since yesterday. Inspection is now underway to learn the reason of the failure.
The spokesman also added that Airbus A 340 will be engaged for flights in this direction.
"Passengers can now enjoy the services of Airbus A 340 to fly to Nakhchivan. It can seat 236 people. The main aircraft will be repaired at 15.00 and the problem will be resolved", he said.
