India, Iraq and Vietnam will be the biggest buyers of Russian weapons between 2013 and 2016, said Igor Korotchenko, director of the Center for Analysis of World Arms Trade.The top three importers of Russian arms from 2013 to 2016 will account for 51.24% of the total estimated volume of Russian exports. The countries ranking 4th to 10th account for only 32.5%, Korotchenko said."These are China, Venezuela, Algeria, Syria, Azerbaijan, Brazil and Iran - in case an agreement is reached on air defense systems," Korotchenko said.
