Azerbaijan collects nearly AZN 6M premiums from compulsory vehicle insurance

 In September 2016, 69,710 contracts were registered on compulsory insurance against civil liabilities of vehicle owners in Azerbaijan, up 3% from previous year.
 
According to CIB, of this, 10,625 were registered abroad and entered Azerbaijan for transit.
 
During the same period, the premiums on these contracts amounted to AZN 5.7 million, up 2% in comparison to a year earlier.
