"We had fruitful discussions with the World Bank's Energy and Infrastructure Mission on the roadmaps about the development of the Electricity Market and Offshore Wind Energy Generation, Energy Efficiency, decarbonization, as well as new cooperation opportunities," Shahbazov tweeted.
