Azerbaijan’s gross domestic product grew 3.2 percent in the first four months year-on-year to 18.2 billion manat, the State Statistics Committee said on its website.
The non-oil economy expanded 9 percent, the committee said.
Industries outside oil and gas accounted for almost 45 percent of the economy, it said.
Azerbaijan produced 14.1 million tons of crude oil in January-April, down from 14.4 million tons a year earlier, the committee said.
Production of natural gas for sale fell to 5.9 billion cubic meters from 6.1 billion cubic meters.
