A member of Iran’s culturecenter in Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, has been detained for three hours and told toleave the country within 48 hours, Iranian media said.
The Fars news agency saidthe expulsion of the unnamed Iranian man was a violation of the Viennaconvention.
Azerbaijan has expelledeight Iranians “with official passports” since 2011, according to a Fars newsagency account.
