Azerbaijan has exported $100 million of weapons this year, Defense Industry Minister Yavar Camalov told reporters in Baku on Dec. 15.
Camalov didn’t say exactly what Azerbaijan’s arms producers exported during the past year or who bought them.
He said the ministry is in talks with potential new buyers in Uzbekistan, Egypt and Malasia.
Azerbaijan can more than double its arms exports if the talks are completed successfully, he said.
