Farahim Ilqaroglu, a reporter with Azerbaijan's Yeni Musavat newspaper, was beaten up outside his Baku apartment today. 

The incident was filmed by a camera installed in a car parked near the building. The identity of the assailant is not know yet.

Yeni Musavat is a popular pro-opposition daily based in Baku.
