Azerbaijan produced 2.4 million tons of grain in the first 11 months of 2014, the State Statistics Committee said.
That compares with 2.8 million tons of grain harvested last year.
Azerbaijani farmers provide 75 percent of the country’s need for grain.
The remaining 25 percent is imported, mostly from Russia and Kazakhstan.
