The situation on the contact line between Azerbaijan and Armenia has remained tense as the Armenian Armed Forces shattered ceasefire a total of 117 times throughout the day, Azerbaijan`s Defense Ministry said.
The ministry said in a statement that the violations had occurred in Gazakh , Tovuz , Gadabay, Goranboy, Aghdam, Khojavand, Fuzuli and Jabrail regions.
In view of the operational situation, Azerbaijani armed forces inflicted 120 strikes on Armenia's positions.
