Azerbaijan says involving field commanders of Armenia in search for burial sites of missing necessary
It is necessary to involve field commanders and other competent persons who have sufficient information about the places of mass graves and who led Armenia's military operations until 1994 in the process of searching for the burial sites of missing persons, the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons of Azerbaijan told.
"As the State Commission, we once again state that we are ready to cooperate with the relevant structures of the Republic of Armenia in search for missing persons belonging to both sides, observing the principles of accuracy and transparency and in an atmosphere of mutual trust," the statement reads.
