Azerbaijan’s CustomsService says it has seized 140 kg of gunpowder smuggled in the country from Russia.

The gunpowder hidden insidethe tires of an Ikarus bus was found during an inspection at theSamur customs checkpoint on the Russian border.

The Customs Service startedan investigation.
