Submission of applications for the residency degree will take place from February 16 to 23 via internet, the State Students Admission Commission (SSAC) told APA.

 

The applicants should submit the originals of required documents to the Document Admission Committee (DAC) from February 16 to 23 (except Saturday and Sunday) from 9: 00 am to 5:00 pm in order to confirm their applications.

 

Examinations to residency are held in two stages. At first stage the applicants have been tested on knowledge in basic subjects of higher medical education within the entrance program. At the second stage they will be tested on the professional subjects. The first stage of the entrance examination will be held on March 15, and the second stage on July 7. The applicants who gained not less than 40 points will be admitted to the second stage.

 

The applicants will have 2 hours and 30 minutes to answer 100 questions.

 

The exams are held in Baku and Nakhchivan.
