The weather will be partly cloudy but rainless in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on March 16, reported from the National Hydrometeorological Service of Azerbaijan.

It might rain in the late evening in some parts of the peninsula. 

It will be foggy in the morning. South wind will blow.

The temperature will be +5 - +9 C at night and +13 - +17 C in the daytime. Atmospheric pressure will reach 759 mm Hg. Relative humidity will be 70-80%.

On March 16, intermittent showers are expected throughout the day in regions of Azerbaijan. It migt snow in the mountains. Mild west wind will blow.

The temperature will be +4 - +9 C at night, +17 - +22 C in the daytime.

In the highlands, it will be 0 - +4 C at night, and +4 - +7 C in the daytime.
