Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, will be mostly dry on September 14, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Rains are possible in some areas.

Temperatures will change between 19°C  and 24°C at night and 29°C  and  34° C in the daytime. 

Strong north-west wind will blow.
