Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, will be mostly dry on September 20, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Rains are possible in some areas.

Temperatures will change between 17°C  and 21°C at night and 24°C  and  27° C in the daytime. 

Strong north-west wind will blow.
