Azerbaijan's foreign minister off to Munich conference

Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has left for Germany to participate in a security conference to be held in Munich on January 31-February 2, the ministry said on its website.

Mammadyarov will hold bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the conference.
