Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has left for Malaysia.
Mammadyarov will take part in the extraordinary meeting of the OIC Foreign Ministers, to be held in Kuala Lumpur January 19, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said Jan. 17.
He will hold bilateral meetings as part of the visit and deliver a speech at the event, the ministry said.
