Azerbaijani president attends ceremony commemorating Khojaly tragedy victims

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the ceremony held in connection with the 23rd anniversary of the Khojaly tragedy on February 26, AzerTag reports. 

A guard of honor was lined up near the memorial.

President Aliyev put a wreath at the memorial and honored the memory of victims of Khojaly tragedy.
