Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has decorated Arif Pashayev, famous scientist, ANAS academician, rector of the National Academy of Aviation, Professor and the father of Azerbaijan’s first lady Mehriban Aliyeva, with “Istiglal” Order, “Modern.az” website reports.

President’s family gathered together to celebrate Arif Pashayev’s 80th jubilee.

His granddaughters Arzu Aliyeva and Ulviya Mahmudova shared birthday party pictures on Istangram.
