Azerbaijanis' fuel expenses rise by over 7%

The Azerbaijani population spent 2.12 billion manats ($1.25 billion) on gasoline and diesel fuel in the first eight months of 2024, up 7.5% year-on-year, reported from the country's State Statistical Committee.

In the reporting period, 5.7% of the funds spent by buyers on goods purchased for final consumption were spent on the purchase of gasoline and diesel fuel.
