Azerbaijan’s First Lady attends “Don`t be afraid, I`m with you! 1919” film

Azerbaijani first lady, president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva, vice president of the Foundation Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva attended the presentation ceremony.

Speaking to the event, Azerbaijani People`s Artist, Russian Honorary Art Figure, screenwriter and director of the film Yuli Gusman said: "Although I have lived in Moscow for more than 30 years, I never forget Baku where I was born and raised."

He thanked President Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva for their assistance in making the film.

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloghlu also thanked president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva for her assistance.

The Ambassador said the film caused big interest both in Azerbaijan and Russia.

Culture and Tourism Minister Abulfas Garayev presented Shohrat Order to Yuli Gusman, which had been bestowed upon him by the Executive Order of President Ilham Aliyev.
