The Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers, Eduard Nalbandian and Elmar Mamedyarov, plan to hold talks on the Karabakh settlement on April 4, the Armenian Foreign Ministry press office told Interfax on Tuesday.

Nalbandian will come to Moscow on April 2, where he is scheduled to deliver a speech on Armenian foreign policy at the Moscow State University of Foreign Affairs, the ministry said.

Nalbandian will participate in a meeting of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) foreign ministers on April 3 and in a meeting of CIS foreign ministers on April 4.
