Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has met Romanian President Traian Basescu in Bucharest.

During the meeting, Mammadyarov conveyed Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s greetings to President Traian Basescu, state news agency Azartac reported.

The sides expressed satisfaction with the development of the strategic partnership between the two countries and noted the existent potential to increase cooperation in the energy, economic, investment and cultural spheres.
