Azerbaijan’s state oil company Socar cut oil exports via the Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline by 15.2% to 1.75 million tons last year, Socar has said. 

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on May 5 signed a document terminating a deal between Russia and Azerbaijan on the transit of oil via the pipeline. The deal had been signed in 1996.
