Azeri state energy company SOCAR plans to complete its
buy back of its outstanding Eurobonds worth $97 million before Feb. 18, SOCAR's vice president Suleyman Gasymov said on Tuesday.
SOCAR issued its debut five-year Eurobonds worth $500 million in 2012.
Gasymov said the company had started to buy back its Eurobonds at the end of 2016.
"We have already bought back our Eurobonds worth $403 million and preparations for a purchase of the remaining $97 million is underway," Gasymov told reporters.
