Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met his Turkish counterpart, Ahmet Davutoglu, on the sidelines of a meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Economic Cooperation Organization in Tehran, the Iranian capital.Mammadyarov and Davutoglu had an “exchange of views on bilateral relations, cooperation within international organizations and regional issues”, the Azeri Foreign Ministry said in an e-mailed statement.
